Conditions for Return or Exchange

You may return or exchange an item if:

1. The item has not been used

• Original condition, packaging, labels, and tags are preserved.
• No signs of wear, dirt, or damage.

2. Proof of purchase is provided
   Receipt, e-receipt, or website order confirmation.
3. Return period
   Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase or receipt.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene and industry standards, personal-use workwear cannot be returned if it has been used.
Custom-made or individually tailored items are also non-returnable.

Returns for Defective Products

If the product has a manufacturing defect:

• it will be replaced with the same item,
• or refunded in full,
• or repaired at our expense.

Inspection and decision are made within 3 business days.
