Payment Methods

1. Cash on Delivery
   Cash payment is available for courier delivery within Yerevan or for in-store pickup.
2. Payment by Bank Card
   We accept Visa, MasterCard, and ArCa cards — either in-store or upon receiving your order.
3. Bank Transfer for Companies
   Non-cash payment via invoice is available for corporate clients. Shipment is arranged after the payment is received.

Delivery

1. Courier Delivery in Yerevan

• Delivery time: 1 business day.
• Cost depends on the delivery address.
• The courier will contact you in advance to confirm the delivery time.

2. Delivery Across Armenia
   Orders are delivered anywhere in Armenia through courier services.

• Delivery time: 1–3 business days.
• Cost depends on region and package weight.

3. Pickup Option
   You can pick up your order at:
   Yerevan, Artsakh Avenue 8B
   Pickup is free. You can collect your order once you receive confirmation that it is ready.

Wholesale and Large Orders
For bulk orders we provide:

• free or discounted delivery,
• individual packaging,
• all required documents for companies.

Terms are agreed individually with our manager.

Order Processing Time
Order preparation usually takes 1 business day.
If any items are out of stock, our manager will inform you about additional timings.

Order Tracking
After shipment, you will receive delivery details or a tracking number.
